CHANGES IN THE PLACE OF ENTRY
INFORMATION
The conservation and restoration of the Nave Manuelina and Charola´s roofs and façades will inhibit the access to the Convent of Christ through the Garden / Castle.
For this reason, as of June 29th, 2022, temporary entry to the Monument will be made exclusively through the Filipin Gate, on the north façade. This access is properly signposted, next to the castle gate.
However, access through the city, the pedestrian route throughout the woods, Mata dos Sete Montes, is still possible.
